If you intend to create your own files, layout or designs instead of having QuickPro Graphics create them for you the following must be adhered to.
All files submitted must meet the following guidelines:

1. Files must be the correct size listed on the price list. For example, a 1/4 page flyer must be submitted as 4.25" x 5.5"
2. Files must have a minimum resolution of 300 d.p.i. If original design was done at 72 d.p.i you CAN NOT go back and convert it to 300 d.p.i. Text and images will appear blurry. The design has to be done originally in 300 d.p.i.
3. Text and critical images must be kept a minimum of 1/8" from the edge or border of the design. 1/8" is the absolute minimum we allow. However, it is highly recommended that you leave a 1/4" from the border. This gives the machine enough space to cut without cutting off important information from your flyer.(please refer to the sample below).
4. The front and back of the flyer must be two separate documents or files.
5. Files must be in CMYK color format NOT RGB. When you convert an RGB file to CMYK, the colors tend to shift to a darker shade. Some colors shift more than others.
6. Acceptable files are JPEG, TIFF, AI / EPS (flattened, text to outlines and saved as a version 8) PSD and PDF
